I have written earlier about nationwide contacting my employer I recieved this email today any ideas::: When they had contacted me earlier stating they were part of Langhorne Law and would have me thrown in jail and contact my employer I told them don't contact me again I had paid my pricipal and wanted my account marked closed and paid in full. They keep bothering me. I have filed a complaint with my AG and the AG in their state?????

Nationwide Cash isn't licensed in most of the states. Have you check in your state about their business? If they aren't licensed, their business is illegal.

Call them and inform that you have already paid the principal amount. Once you are sure that they are not a licensed business in your state, tell them that they are charging more on your account without having a proper license in your state and you have already notified the attorney general of both states about their illegal business. They are going to be investigated soon. Send the letter certified so that you have proof of your actions.

You should forward a copy of this e-mail to each AG's office to go with your complaint file. This is a standard e-mail they send everybody. They are not licensed, I highly doubt an unlicensed company would have a leg to stand on in court. I was informed that if they came to court in my state they would actually be the ones getting arrested when they arrived in the court room for operating illegally.

rmjacobs...

All these people are correct. Most likely they are not licensed in your state.

By Nationwide Cash even lending to you implicates them to fraud themselves, especially if they are not licensed to lend in your state.

Get educated on your states lending laws and fight back!
