Okay I need some help in deciding right option for myself. I have 3 credit cards as following, Citi Bank- interest rate 23.45% Capital One- 18% Bank of America- 11.95%
I can find a debt consolidation loan with an interest of 20% APR. Now, help me calculate whether or not debt consolidation is a viable option for me.

There are too many variables missing to give an opinion....how much you owe and how much you earn being the biggest ones. You are lucky to find any such loan....hopefully it is legit. Really only you can decide what works best for you. Maybe google a loan calculator and then plot it out on an excel spreadsheet.
