Thank you so much! My heart is racing as I just spoke to the company and they need a voided check. I guess I was a little concerened when they told me if one of my creditors calls me to tell them they have the wrong number.

Do not send them a voided check, why do they need it?

After reading other threads and I am so glad I found this site.
I just called andcancelled the program, which they told me I could at any time. They asked that I send them a voided check so they could withdraw funds from my account. The first payment which is 1144.00 would go to them as payment to start the program and then 2 weeks after that I would pay that same amount which would go to my creditors. I would pay that amount for the next 3 years. My concern is that I don't yet have creditors calling me but literally every sent I have goes to my bills. When I told them that my bills were due at the same time they wanted there fee. The rep told me to pay CDS first and that it wouldn't make any difference if I didn't pay my bills. That's when they told me if creditors called to say they had the wrong number. My gut just told me that did not sem right. So now, I'm facing my situation head on. Hopefully me creditors will work with me and I can resolve my sistuation and move on. I felt like I was desperate and it sounded good with having just one payment made.

I was thinking about starting a debt solution progaram with John Leaberry but I am skeptical about it. What can he do that I can't do myself if I went back to my creditors and asked? The fee I pay to John Leaberry, I can use to reduce my debt.
