If sued what court does it go to????

No, not beening funny our county does not have to many courts and the Magistrates will not do cases like that to one lady I have talked too.Matter-in fact she told me she can not think of one court in the county that does court cases about debt!!!!I was worried because my wife has this payday loan and it went to collections and we have not seen or herd nothing in 8 months????I can tell you we a Family court,Magistrates,crime,Probate,BUT no civil courts or smallclaims court.

I live in a small county, all the magistrates and county courts do it in addition to their regular titles, are you sure they don't, you may want to ask each one, or call your local prothonotary office and ask the clerk. It has got to be handled somewhere.
