Don't know if they will actually sue for such a low amount cause
Don't know if they will actually sue for such a low amount cause they prob have bigger accounts to fry..BUT!! And here's the big BUT! If you don't figure out a solution and work with them NOW, your $600 balance will turn into a $1500 balance in the blink of an eye with accrued interest and late fees. And then you will become one of the BIGGER accounts to fry and you'll come home one day to a summons for a judgement against you. Then you have to go to court and defend yourself cause if u couldn't pay ur debt then u surely can't afford a lawyer to defend you. Or you can ignore the summons and your creditor will automatically be granted a judgment against you and then the madness begins. Liens on property, wage garnishment, frozen bank accounts, etc... Need I say more?? WORK IT OUT NOW while ur still ahead!
