I don't have any debt at all and they never stopped sending me scary notices and calling me at least once per day. If everyone who reads this dials their toll-free number 10 times per day, they'll soon be out of business.

Who is sending you scary notices? Is it a collection agency? If yes, then send a debt validation letter in writing to them. If they don't give you a reply, then you can send a Cease and Desist letter via certified mail to them.

If you think that you owe no money to anybody and if you are getting harassed with phone calls, you can send them a cease and desist letter through certified mail requesting a return receipt.
