Have you requested copies of your credit reports from the 3 bureaus to see what is actually on them? If there is incorrect info being reported regarding any of your accounts, old accounts that have reached the 7 year mark and can be removed, etc., you can dispute with the credit bureaus to get deletions/corrections, and this should help your score.

Other than that, paying the bills on time each and every month and maintaining low balances rather than having the credit limits to their max should help your score. Obviously, if late payments are showing on any of the accounts, this drags your score down, and it just takes time to turn it around.
