If I opt for consolidation to repay the balances, will I have to disclose my husband's credit details, to be qualified for the program?

No. You don't have to reveal your husband's credit card details to qualify for the consolidation program as long as you'll make the required monthly payments. If he is going to make monthly payments on your behalf, then you have to disclose. Okay.

No, there is no rule like this. Is it your husband who is planning to make the loan payments? If yes, then you are required to mention the details.
