Credit card consolidation help for college students

I am the typicall collage grad. During School i had thoes credit cards and used them. Now I have what they call a real job and want to move on and get out of the situation i have gotten myself into. School loans and car loans i can handle, but the credit cards i can't. I want to get married next year but with the credit card debt it isn't going to happen the way I want. Any help and advice would benefit me greatly in the beginnins of my adutlt life.
