I don't see why not, the only way you probably would be made to get rid of all your credit cards is if you were to file bankruptcy then keeping the cards is a big NO NO.

You have the option to include specific accounts of your choice in the settlement plan. You don't have to include all in the plan. Make sure that you are regular in payments on the one kept outside the program. This way, you will be able to use it during emergencies.
