Lawsuit

I am being sued by a credit card company, and i always paid on time until i was hurt and had to have at least 5 back surgeries and other surgeries and still another on in the future, the card is in my name only and i haven't been able to work for a good while now, so i have no money to pay them, or i would have, what do i do in this case

depending on how much you owe the cc company, will likely determine if they will sue you. It will most likely not happen. Did you talk with them about your situation?
