well that all depends, are or have you gone through settlement o
well that all depends, are or have you gone through settlement or bk? did you suffer a financial hardship were you got behind? if that is the case it will take some time of
"good behavior" and credit card management for things to start getting better. with every year it should go up considering that all your cards do not have high balances. we would probably need more info to give you a better answer
