Does anyone know anything about disputing all the credit card debt you have leaving you with nothing at all to pay? I think the company was Financial Solutions They base this on banking and credit card laws.

I hope I'm not misunderstanding the OP's post...but it appears that you are looking to dispute debt that you actually incurred on your credit cards, therefore hoping the credit card companies will simply wipe it off their books, leaving you paying nothing?

I wouldn't take a chance on this method - not even on a bet. I can pretty much guarantee you it won't work. The credit card company is under no obligation to eliminate "disputed" debt - regardless of WHO does the disputing (ie your debt elimination company or you, yourself).

What you have to ask yourself in this situation is this: if you were the credit card company, and a client came to you, disputing every single charge they made on the credit card you issued them, what would your reaction be? Simple. You, as the card issuer, would pull all records showing that the cardholder signed for every single transaction - and you would deny the request to dispute the debt.

I think this company that is trying to "help" you is going to get you into some pretty hot water if you allow them to do this. I'd pull all my information back from them (if you've given them any) and run in the opposite direction - fast.

A good friend of mine was applying for a mortgage loan and was too high on net to debt....so he went and disputed all of his credit cards via the bureaus. It was enough to get him through the app process, final docs and then when they pulled final credit guess what, the disputes went away because they were validated and someone ended up with no mortgage loan.
