I have a credit card that i paid off in full, and for the last 2 or 3 months have had a zero balance. Then all of a sudden, 3 months later they are starting to bill me for credit protection and an annual fee. How can they do that? Especially seeing my account has been at zero for the last 2-3 months. Is that there way of trying to screw me?
