i have a jeep from a buy here pay here and i pay 100.00 every 2 weeks, im a payment behind, so i took them 62.00 3 days ago, they gave me a reciept, and came to my work tonight and repoed it? should i call a lawyer?

The creditor can repossess your vehicle even if you are a payment late, because it will be considered violation of the loan agreement. The creditor can even sell off your car to recover the debt and you will remain responsible for the balance amount of the debt which could not be recovered through sale. I think that you should negotiate with the creditor regarding this matter. However, I don't think that a lawyer can help you to stop repossession.
