I been with out work from feb/2010 and all my dues are behind , now I was summon from one of the creditor. I need a Lawyer I have 20 day to respond , and also I have more credit card debt. Thank you for your respond and God Bless you.

As you have already received a summons, you should immediately give a reply to it by consulting a lawyer. If you don't reply to the summons, then your creditor will get a default judgment against you. As far as your other credit card debts are concerned, you may go for the options of debt consolidation or debt settlement in order to get rid of them.

You do not need an attorney to respond to a summons. Ansswer the questions or refer to Rule of Civil procedure on the county court website which issued the summons.
