Constant calls

I wrote a letter to mcm asking them to send a bill so i could start paying, i did send in $25 which isn't much, i have had some pretty bad financial difficulties, and the amount i owe household bank is 2,100.00. If they won't send me a bill how do i pay it, i don't want to call them because you can't understand these foreign people and i don't trust them with access to my checking account. And can they garnish my wages i live in ct
If you are in collections, they do not send bills or statements.
If you are in collections, they do not send bills or statements....they send demands, usually for the entire balance.
If you dont want them to call, send a cease and desist in writing. However doing that could cause you to be sued quicker. And yes, they can garnish in CT.
