help my dad reduce this debt

my dad owes a debt and arrow financial has come after him how would he take care of this and he only has 10.00 left out of his check a month please help

Arrow is a collection agency. Does he owe the debt? If he knows he owes the debt he should try to make arrangements with them. If he is not sure if he owes the debt he should send them a debt validation letter. You can find a template on this site.
He may want to send the letter even if he knows he owes it to 1) buy some time and 2) make sure Arrow truly has the authority to collect the debt.
Why does you dad only have $10 in his account? Does he have a money management problem? If so, you may want to also begin working on that part of the problem.
