Daniel Stermer Hess Kennedy Scam

This is infuriating. Daniel Stermer is appointed receiver of Hess Kennedy. He has paid himself, Lewsi B. Freeman & Partners (TAX EVASION SCAM COMPANY IN RECEIVERSHIP) and Berger Singerman an excess of $250,000 per month since July 2008.
Now the receiver wants to keep his buddies DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTS, INC. on as a "consultant". They set aside $3,000,000 for themselves to handle "ongoing operations".
First, the business is still operating earning over $150,000 per month in "commissions" (how an illegal company can continue to operate and earn commissions makes it obvious that the company was shut down because it pissed off Chase Bank, but more important, why does the forensic accountant need to retain a forensic accountant?
What the hell is Stermer doing beside collecting two pay checks, one from the city of Weston and the other from our money.
I think that we may have tried ourselves complaining that Hess Kennedy was a scam. We would have received more settlements and our own refunds. . what a world.
