Can anyone share their experiences or advice with me?
What are my chances of success and of getting sued using a debt settlement program.
I owe about $56,500 in unsecured debt and have a house hold income around $140K.
House has no equity in it, cars are still under loans for 2 more years, have standard living expenses with $2k/mo daycare bill.
No matter how much we pay just can never seem to get ahead.

it depends on who your creditors are, the balances on each account , how fast of a program you can afford to do , what state you live in , your hardship . There are alot of variables
