I want to try to consolidate my credit card loans including my home equity without consolidating my mortgage (which will be paid up in 10 years). Can I do this? How? and what would be the interest rate for such a loan.

Well Roni, I guess you can try for a debt consolidation home equity loan as you can consolidate your high interest credit cards into an affordable payment plan.

You will be having three borrowing options while consolidating your credit card debt, they are refinancing mortgage, home equity or unsecured loans. The interests are lowered but you need to check out the rates on your own.
