I'm not yet ready for debt settlement as I'm not late yet on any payments. I'm just really close each month and it's only a matter of time. Since my credit is still good I'd like to see about getting a debt consolidation loan, does anyone know where I can find one? Everything i've seen locally is tied to equity which I only have 10% of in my home.

I don't know where you get a loan but be very careful with internet loan companies. I lost $300 on what I thought was a legitmate internet loan. Also, do not provide then any personal info in the interent. The bad guys know who to extract your personal info and steal your identity or money. Do your homework!
