Does anyone have the link where you can look up fees by state. seen it posted on one of these forums but cant find it now. I found Pa through it once, having no luck here. I want to look up delaware law, their state page dances around too much. Want to go directly to what fees they are allowed to charge. It was a large site that you could link to any state, anyone know it?

They may as well not even wasted the ink to print that one out. So when it comes to a screwing there is basically no protection in delaware huh? I am dealing with checkngo online, I suppose that they won't deal with the pa law at all. they are financed by the first bank of delaware.

Is there a list of licensed lenders in delaware, I know they are not licensed in the state of Pa where I am from. I thought about revoking the ACH but dont know if they will set up a payment plan with me or not once the loan went into default. I am having a hard time with them. any advice would be appreciated. This is an installment loan, not a payday loan.

Could you send me the entire link for the above mentioned cease and desist order, I looked for it online and can not locate it with the link you put in your reply.
