They may as well not even wasted the ink to print that one out. So when it comes to a screwing there is basically no protection in delaware huh? I am dealing with checkngo online, I suppose that they won't deal with the pa law at all. they are financed by the first bank of delaware.

Is there a list of licensed lenders in delaware, I know they are not licensed in the state of Pa where I am from. I thought about revoking the ACH but dont know if they will set up a payment plan with me or not once the loan went into default. I am having a hard time with them. any advice would be appreciated. This is an installment loan, not a payday loan.

about a year ago I had a default at Check and Go.. ( online) and
about a year ago I had a default at Check and Go.. ( online) and they let me make payments..They would not talk to me until the payment was returned., But try.. they seemed easy to deal with...
