I had 5 internet pdls that I have overpaid. I sent certified letter to all, withdrawing ACH. I received notice from One Click, PayDayOk, and Avantis(Tremont) that accounts would be zeroed out, but no refunds issued. USFast Cash and Route 66 sent email that debit returned and I still owe amount. That was on Dec. 5th for both. I got one phone call from Route 66. I told them my account had been overpaid. I have heard nothing from either. I have filed complaints on all companies with my AG and Department of Finance and just waiting to hear from them. I am thrilled to have 3 zeroed out, but I WANT REFUNDS. Does anyone have any suggestions on what further action I should take or just set and wait for AG and DOF to take action???????

Well, you have registered as a member so you will get a call from a debt counselor. As far as the refunds on your PDLs. Go through this site and you will find thousands (I'm sure) of posts regarding refunds and how to get them, if you qualify, whats legal and whats not. Good luck and welcome.
