I am in a debt management program...in this way I have a counsel
I am in a debt management program...in this way I have a counselor...I make one oayment to them every month and they pay off my cc etc. Most of the CC dropped their interest and removed over limit fees etc. The best part for me is I am required to take a money management course...this is showing me the best way to budget and keep myself from repeating the same mistakes.

cynjayb you dont really have much of a choice here. You can either pay off yourself (which wil take you decades and will cost you a lot), you can settle or you can consolidate. Bankruptcy is not an option!
