There were court papers delivered....not in person to me...the papers were found by a tree in my yard. How can Iget out of going to court tomorrow and settle this debt with monthly payments? Kindly respond

Since they have filed a law suit against you, it is a little too late to be asking for a payment plan. You need to show up in court tomorrow...
If you do not pay it off or settle it, they will get their judgment.
