Anyone dealt with debtonefs or end debt? I think its a scam

They have a F rating with the FTC and my friend got burned bad by then. They took their fee and did nothing for him! I now need help myself
Its also known as debt one financial solutions
And yes, they are corrupt, like many others with a bbb F rating, I lost over $3000 to them and they did not contact my creditors let alone settle with them. The owner Nic just blew me off.
Debt One Financial Solutions robbed me too!
