It is understandable that debts of this nature are not covered in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing, however, you still must follow the rules according to the bankruptcy courts. You are not to call, harrass or threaten the debtor in any matter. This matter is being turned over to Judge Sargis, Eastern District of California, Bankruptcy Court in regards to your harassment. Please refer to Case # 12-29725. As explained to you before, I have no income and you continue to increase the amounts. I am unemployed.
