I foolishly started to fill out app then man called me and i told him I DID NOT want to proceed with loan,he said ok this was on 6/30/2011, on 7/5/2011 they put 400 in my account, i got prepaid visa to give them back the 400 but they are refusing,saying i need to pay 520.00! i took money out same day and most of all i didnt consent to the loan!!!!! help

You should have had your bank return the funds. Cancelling a loan verbally would have no force...you should have done it in writing.

At this point, you need to close your bank account. Talk to your bank manager and tell them what has happened.

Find out what the APR is that they're charging you and figure out if it's within the state's APR limit.

I would also send them a written letter revoking any future ACH authorizations from your bank account!
