Bank levy

I had a judgement against me for a credit card and was unable to make the payments...and stopped paying. The lawyer for the company levied my savings account which is used soley for the purpose of the direct deposit of my payroll. Now i have absolutely no funds available even for living expenses. What do i do?

Did you receive a summons? Did you answer it and appear in court? If you did not follow thru, they got a default judgement and bank levy is one of the consequences.
