I went to court on Oct for a ticket that was dropped , however there was a 25.00 ticket drop fee? I couldn't pay that because I am in the worst financial situation I have ever been and in the process of getting on disability. Until then I have no income. Today I got a bill from them for $325.00. No way can I pay this. I tried to call them and see if I can do something. Instead the lady starts to threaten my bank account, my drivers license and tells me there is nothing I can do but pay the bill and to get the money from a family member at this point I hung up. Unfortunately when I first called I gave them my phone number and I am sure they are going to blow up my phone now. I need to get this fixed asap. I need to contact the courthouse. I couldn't pay the 25.00 fee then I definitely am not going to pay the 325.00 amount, I would rather go to jail., I have done it before. Any ideas? Suggestions or help? Much appreciated...

Who is this lady? Is she from a collection agency or a court house? I think you should go the court yourself and find out whether or not you really owe any ticket fee. You'll also get to know about the ticket amount from there. Then you can think about the ways to pay it. You should not pay any fee just because a lady calls you and starts threatening you.

You should have found some way to get the $25 paid in Oct. I suspect now that the ticket has not been dropped due to lack of payment. It could end up affecting your drivers license.
