IM IN WAY OVER MY HEAD IN DEBT AND AM LOOKING FOR HELP DEBT SEETLEMENT COMPANY THATS LEGIT ANY SUGGESTIONS? IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE RECIVED A LETTER FROM LAW FIRM REGARDING MY DISCOVER CARD. WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP ME IM LOOSING SLEEP AND MY HEALTH IS GOING DUE TO THESE DEBTS GOT FROM BILLS AND STUPIDITY AND NEVER THINKING I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO PAY. ANY SUGGESTIONS I NEED HELP ASAP


Many of us were, and still are, in your situation... way, way over our heads in debt. debt settlement programs are great, as a last resort before bankruptcy if you don't feel you can manage a consolidation or management program. You can settle your debts on your own, too! Start by contacting the law firm representing Discover, and see what kind of deal they will offer you. Try to agree on a settlement or payment plan before it goes to court. They usually want to stay out of court, too. Getting sued is not the end of the world, it has happened to me twice and I am in a settlement program. It's usually just a sign of the creditor trying to force a settlement.

rancher if your PM involved your premise that DISCOVER gave the credit illegaly i'm telling the OP to ignore it.they will be laughed out of court and made to pay the entire amount.i do believe you have some connection to FDRS.your stance is ridiculous.
