Hi!
Welcome to the Forums!

You should make a written request to them for a debt validation letter. Send a Cease and Desist letter if you don't get the validation letter. However, if the debt is properly validated, then you can arrange an affordable repayment plan with them. You can also try to settle the debt on your own. In case you are not able to settle the debt on your own, then you can get help from a professional debt relief company. They may help you repay the debt comfortably.

You can make a written request to them for a debt validation letter. If they don???t reply, then forward them a C&D letter. But, if they send you a proper debt validation letter, then you can negotiate with the CA and work out a better repayment plan. You can get a secured loan to repay the existing debts. The interest rate on this loan is lower as compared to the unsecured loan.
