Do you have to comply with discovery ? For Example if you send discovery to the collection agency for original signed credit card application do they have to send it to you ?

Yes, I did read it, but I don't understand what they are asking of me. It's all a jumble to me. They want me to list each person, event, or whatever for every question they ask. I just wanted to know if anyone has had to do this, and how they went about it. I don't want to mess it up and have them win by default.
