i am a little unsure if you are looking for diy settlement or if you are looking for a consolidation program. Consolidation you are going to need a company to compile all your bills into one big payment every month and they will negotiate % and fees usually illiminating them.

Now if you are looking into settlement you surely can do this yourself! and congrads to you for embarking on this big task. My advice would be to read up on settlement and how it works, what they can do, what will happen, what could happen and how to go about it.

HANG IN THERE WE HAVE ALL BEEN YOUNG AND NIEVE! Trust me that is how me and my husband got into our situation. My husbands old saying was we were living the american dream in debt. Believe me its not so funny anymore. it has taken us years to get out of our mess, and we are still not completely out. but soon we will be and it will be so worth it.

good luck and read up!
