Hello All I am newbie in this forum.

If you owe money and are finding it harder to meet your payments every month, then a debt management plan can help you. This is an informal agreement between debtors and creditors whose main aim is to help clear debts at a reduced level and over a fixed period of time.

Please provide me some comments on what I have written.

I am not sure what you are asking but yes a Debt Management plan is when a third party negotiates a lower interest rate with your creditors. It is a formal agreement and you are required to make the payment every month. If you miss just one payment you can be dropped from the program. Most people fail a DMP because of that reason.
