Debt management vs debt settlement

I am not behide of my payments and I make the minimum payments. However it is getting hard to make them and have money left over to pay other bills. I am asking which program is best DMP or DSP. I need help now.

Both have their pros and cons. In order to make debt settlement work, you must be able to put your money away to attempt to settle your debts. You need to go in with a financial gameplan....are you disiplined enough not to touch that money? With both programs you risk being sued.
