Debt Management/Credit counseling...*raising* monthly payments?!

Hi all,
I consulted with Christian Debt in Florida - they do both DMP/credit counseling as well as debt settlement. They quoted me a dmp monthly payment that is over $100 a month more than what I pay now. Is that normal?
Also, they have a monthly account maintenance fee of $52. Again, is this normal.

DMPs are meant to lower interest rate and consequently monthly p
DMPs are meant to lower interest rate and consequently monthly payment. Beware of the company.
