I just received a voice mail from an unknown number, on the message says something about doc being served to the county clerk. I have several credit cards I have not been paying on since 2008, I was pregnant at the time and then was laid off from my job, when the company did several cut backs. I didn't work for over a year and a half and when I went back to work, I can barely keep up with all the expenses I have. I want to work with a creditor to start taking care of what I actually owe, not all the additional fees that they have accrued since I stopped using/paying in 2008. I am not even sure what the papers are for as I have not gotten them, just had a voice mail.
