i live in oregon and have 5 on line loans--i fully want to pay these but i dont want my check taken from me ..i cant get a phone number to contact these people an all of my emails are not going thru--help--whats available to me-- i was desperate toget these for family health issues -so i owe it -i just need tomake arrangements to pay reasonable amts and time--can anyone help me w this-??thank you pepper
