Bank Account is frozen

One member account in this forum was frozen, he can not access any activities. My question is: I am in DSP with Care One Credit just 1 month, I may expect some lawsuits possible,so should I withdraw most of the money I save, and keep the minimum amount to pay bills? I was with Wescom Credit Union, not with any Credit Cards bank as BOF , Wells Fargo or Wamu...
If I have got you correctly then you're saying that you've enrol
If I have got you correctly then you're saying that you've enrolled yourself with CareOne Credit for debt settlement Program. If that is the case then I don't see any possibility of any possible lawsuit as CareOne Credit is supposed to contact your creditor and inform them that you're now enrolled with CareOne Credit for a debt settlement program.
To be on the safe side talk to CareOne Credit about it.
