DV Letters No Response Now What

I recently sent out numerous DV letters and I sent them certified mail. I have received some of the green cards back but not all of them. Now my question is, what if I do not receive the card back? Should I try to contact them again? What if they don't even return the letter how do I know what is going on and what is my next step? Also what if they accepted my letter and I don't receive any verification then what do I do? Thanks for your help.

Well, if they don’t give a reply to your written request for sending you a debt validation letter, then send them a cease and desist letter via certified mail. Thereafter, they will not be able to contact you regarding a debt anymore. If they do, you can take legal action against them. You have done the right thing. You don’t have anything to fear.
