I stayed clear and even contacted the Florida Bar Association.
He is registered with the bar in Florida but the strange thing was that the girl who called me told me they were in Georgia and when I questioned her she back tracked and then told me she was in Fort Lauderdale. Very strange. I would stay far away from this scammer.

sounds like a scam. Why would he contact you? When looking for a legitemate settlement company, i checked them out with the BBB first. Made sure they didn't have lots of complaints.

OH YES!!! It does sound fishy!! :x If you don't get a 'good feeling' about ANY company, then don't go with them..ya know? The woman, on the phone, sounds like she can't even get her 'story straight' where she was calling from.
