having trouble getting in touch with someone at Sifxpert

has anyone had a hard time getting in touch with someone at sifxpert??? i have tried several times and emailed and no response i really wanted to go with that company i have heard nothing but good things but just having a hard time getting in touch with them and i need to really choose a company as soon as possible
if you email him he responds right away. i had a hard time gett
if you email him he responds right away. i had a hard time getting though also but if you leave a voice mail he will return your call right away also. i signed up with him last week. he seems very honest and in comparison to other companies he charges a very low fee. lets just see how it all works out.
