I think I read somewhere that a government employee (on the State level) can not have their wages garnished. Anyone know if this is true?

In general, there are some states that are non-garnishment state
In general, there are some states that are non-garnishment states to begin with, but in the garnishment states, state worker pay is subject to garnishment if ordered. someone correct me if I am wrong.
