employment harrassment

I have a company that calls my home and my work. They have been told by my boss, myself, and the store manager not to call my place of employment. They do not listen and still continue. They have gone so far as to threaten my son, and say very (I mean discussing things) bad things about my granddaughter who is two. The man heard her in the background. I have told him this is harrassment, asked for their address, what the bill is for and I am unable to get anywhere. All they tell me is the amount. I have told them to send me a bill and they won't. I am going to lose my job if this keeps up what can I do
