E R solutions calls regarding an account that I know nothing about. I have requested they cease the calls immediately, yet they continue. They ask for personal information which I refuse to give them at this point they hang up and call again the next day. How do I get them to stop calling?

Send them a Cease and Desist letter via certified mail with return receipt requested. If they still call you again, then you can register a complaint against E R Solutions to FTC. Never give your personal information to them.
