I took out $300 on 8/17/10. These crazy people have taken out exactly $910 in 14 damn transactions. Said i agreed to not pay it all back at once. I:ad service fees assessed for that. I still cant believe it!!!!!!!!!! Nelly, will I get my overpayment back, or do I need to talk to an AG(attorney general)?

Hi!
Welcome to the forums!
It depends. If the overpayment was due to your own fault, then I don't think you'll get your money back. But otherwise, you can expect to get your money back. But it will not be easy. Pull all your receipts, bills, contract (if you have any), etc. You will need them. You may send a overpayment notice letter to them and demand your money back. Contact a lawyer as early as possible. I think he will be able to help you out.

I agree with Nelly... If it was a fault on your end, then you won't be able to get back anything from them. In order to check out whether or not you agreed to pay it all back at once, you should check out the documents or emails that they have sent you. As Nelly has suggested, contact a lawyer and take his help in getting out of this payday loan trap. Also, make sure that you never fall into the payday loan trap again... this trap will actually drain out all your money in the long run.
