exemption codes-judgements

Hello...Is there anyone on this forum that can clarify exemption codes from the enforcement of judgement? Specifically, CCP 704.130, CCP 706.050 and CCP 706.051. (Sorry, I don't know how to do that squiggly thing after the CCP.)
A levy has been placed on my bank account which my husband is the primary holder. The judgement is only against myself. The money in the account are only his wages and disability compensation from worker's comp.
Can I use any of these codes to remove the levy? I live in California.

spouse's Education Loans
Is the spouse's education loans subject to a judgement if it is the husband's lein? Is the education loan exempt
