The next step

Hi,
I have just joined the board, and have been reading about ways to get out of PayDay Loans, I currently have 4 out totaling $950 principal, I have one through DMS marketing which I have been paying $60 extension fee for my last 5 pay periods. Is there a way to get this marked in full. I also have been reading about T&C and would like info on that company including contact info and if they work in any state. I live in PA and would really appreciate any help that can be offered. As it stands now half my paycheck will be going to payday loan fees and will cause me to fall farther behind on other payments. Thanks in advance for any help!
